Prayer of Protection and Order Through Saint Benedict
O God Most High,
Source of all truth, peace, and authority,
I come before You in humility and trust.
Through the intercession of Saint Benedict,
a faithful servant who clung to the Cross in times of darkness,
I ask You to guard my life, my home, and my heart.
May the Holy Cross be my light.
May no deception guide my steps.
May all that opposes Your will be driven far from me.
Lord Jesus Christ,
command that every spirit of confusion, hatred, violence, and division
be silenced by Your authority.
Remove from our land all that breeds fear, injustice, and disorder.
Where there is unrest, bring calm.
Where there is anger, bring restraint.
Where there is darkness, let Your truth shine without distortion.
By the power of Your Cross,
restore order in our cities,
peace in our homes,
and clarity in our hearts.
Saint Benedict,
pray for us —
that we may stand firm in faith,
walk in wisdom,
